Cicis Pizza

First this group of teenagers were in there unsupervised guessing none was over 14 I tried to get me some sauce and there was one of them standing there getting himself some noodles and this boy comes over and tries to fit between us.....then when he seen there was not room he come around to my left side and reached around me to get a bowl I asked him could he not wait 2 seconds for me to move out of his way apparently this boy thinks he is the center of the universe and everyone should get out of his way and let him go first but this is not the worst part....so I asked the manager who was slicing the pizzas to make me and my son a pizza with ham and pineapple I even pointed to my child so he knew 2 people wanted the pizza the manager a fat guy with short hair glasses and a red face hands me a keeper and tells me to wait my child likes to sit in the tall chairs so we sit near the buffet when our pizza was done the manager puts a couple of pieces on one of those metal trays and looks over at me so I walk over he hands me the slices I say can I have a couple for my son at this point he throws the pizza onto the buffet and goes take whatever you want i asked for this pizza to be made

The salad was good but I did notice a few pieces of the lettuce looked wilted a bit, the pizza was also good but it did have a slightly bland flavor. The pizza wasn't too greasy either. The sweet tea is very good and the pizzas all have separate serving utensils. The items at the salad bar also have separate serving utensils. Cicis has very very good prices and the staff was polite. The floor needed swept and the chairs and food disposal area could use a bit of a wipe down. Bathroom looked clean, also the soap dispenser and paper towel dispensers were full. The restaurant had tables large enough for seating of 8 people as well as booths for groups of 4.

Don’t get me wrong I loved Cicis as a kid it’s just not the same now I’m not the type of person to rate food but the food was just bad the boneless wings tasted like microwaveable chicken that was frozen and then reheated. Half of the drink machines either don’t work or have water instead and for the price it just wasn’t worth it. The staff was nice no hate to them

I just wanted to say, I came here a on a Saturday afternoon, very busy all around with families coming in. There was at the time one busser, I do not remember her name but I do remember she had black and blue hair with cute long lashes. I kept thinking about how well maintained she kept the dining room even on her own , clearly being overwhelmed she was so sweet to my family, even helping my kids get drinks and brownies. Then whenever my family and I went to the game room , she kept our drinks but completely cleaned the table and floor all around. This girl seems no older than 18 but she's doing an amazing job cleaning, not only tables , but other little tasks to make the environment a better, cleaner, place . Please let this sweet girl know she's doing amazing!

Stopped in today at the Reynolda Rd, Winston Salem location after 2pm. The cooks continously were making fresh pizzas and made to order from the customers as well. Didn't disappoint..... A+++ service Shout out to Shannon M. for outstanding customer service
